Nanjing Ringchan Corporation is a professional manufacturer of frozen fruit, frozen vegetables, frozen culinary herbs and spices in China. Since 1997, we have been involved in food ingredients business about 12 years. Over 12-years experience makes us more and more professional in processing the very best quality products and supplying our customers the perfect service. And we are always on the way to strive for excellence of everything we can do.
Ringchan’s products are manufactured in its freeze factory located in Suqian, Jiangsu province. The factory is HACCP certificated by China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ). By its state-of-the-art facilities, the factory can process up to 4000MT frozen products annually. There are two production lines and two freeze tunnels. The factory has established detailed management systems from Pesticide Management for growing fields of all planted crops, to Hygiene Policy, Glass Policy, Allergen Program, Pest Control Policy etc. for production site, to Traceability System for the whole process. All materials received and final products to be dispatched to abroad are metal detected and tested in pesticide residue, microbiology and sometimes heavy metals as per clients special requirements.
About 30km to 100km around the factory are traditional growing region of various fruits, vegetables, culinary herbs and spices. This can guarantee the factory to handle the production within 4-8 hours from materials harvest to final frozen products, which can maintain the products as fresh and nutritious as possible. Ringchan has registered vegetable farm fields and fruit orchards in local CIQ office. All fields are managed strictly as per CIQ’s requirement.
In order to meet our customers’ one-stop-shop requirements, we also contract HACCP and / or BRC- certificated factories, which are located in the center of growing region of fruit and vegetables our clients need while our own factory cannot grown in our climate area. These factories will manufacture the products under the control of our on-site QC persons. We regularly audit these factories twice per year.
Ringchan Corporation also acts as trading company or agency of canned fruits, canned vegetables, frozen juice concentrate, frozen fruit puree / pulp, dried fruits, dehydrated vegetables, freeze dried fruits and vegetables.
